SELF-HELP SUPPORT SYSTEM

SelfHelp is a searchable, interactive Help system which uses a powerful search engine to allow you to ask your question and find the answer quickly.

Many suppliers provide a 'Frequently Asked Questions' section (FAQ) within their Manuals or read-me files in an attempt to pre-empt support calls, but who reads manuals? and if the questions are frequent, why not solve the problem?

At Timewatch, we actively monitor Support Queries, and every week all support questions and answers are built into the Self-Help system along with links to the relevant areas of the product Help system. In addtion, through our Ergonomic Software Design system, the reason for a Customer asking the question is analyzed to see if the root cause of the question can be eradicated.

Registered uses can download the latest Self-Help from this Web Site.

How Self-Help works
If you have a question, ask Self-Help, it is highly likely that someone has asked the same or similar question previously and the answer is already provided in the Help. If you cannot find the answer, use the product Support Form to ask your question. We will not only answer your question, we will update the Help to include your question so that future users that ask the same or similar question will find the answer in the Self-Help.

Although Customers can download the latest Self-Help, Members of our Premium Support program receive Active Help. With Active Self Help, updates can be automatically sent to you.
