ERGONOMIC SOFTWARE DESIGN

Ergonimic Software Design (ESD) is a unique process which continually improves our software making it easier to use, more intuitive, easier to learn and easier to support. ESD benefits Customers and Resellers alike as it reduces Support and Training overheads to a minimum and allows our products to be evaluated.

HOW ESD works
To begin with, all screens are designed by ergonomic and graphic designers to be intuitive, friendly and easy to use. They are then market tested to ensure that menus, screens, functions and Help systems are easy to understand and use.

Support = product feedback
At Timewatch, we believe Support and Product feedback are one-and-the-same. All support queries are analyzed to ascertain how we can remove the need for anyone to ask the same question again.

If one customer asks a question, it is highly likely another will. People can also ask the same question in different ways, so we build the actual questions and keywords customers use into the Self-Help. This benefits all users as common questions are answered immediately.

Eradicate the source for queries.
We also analyze support queries to understand how we can remove the need for anyone to ask the question again. It could be that a screen is redesigned to make it more intuitive, a Wizard created to assist users, or perhaps the explanations in Help revised.

Put simply, if someone needs to ask a support question, it's ESD's mission to reduce, and where possible eradicate, the need for anyone to ask the same question again.
