The Standard edition of the Time®, Time & Billing Solution includes powerful customizable analysis levels which allow you to customize your time recording solution to match your organizational, business and project management structure. Analysis Tags allow you to create new fields such as text, budget, date, or lookup fields to hold information or group Jobs, Employees and/or Customers by type, location, industry etc.
ANALYSIS FIELDS - CUSTOMIZE YOUR SYSTEM

Analysis fields is a powerful facility that allows you to create new fields customized specifically to meet your analysis needs.

For example you may wish to group and report upon Jobs / Projects by Industry Sector, Location or Type of work, define new Budget fields or capture other information specific to your installation.

Analysis fields are automatically added to the Job/Project screen and the system dynamically adapts the database to make new fields automatically available within the Report Writer so that even novice users can utilize the data in reports, charts and extracts.

The following is an example report within the Demo version that shows Time analysis grouped by Analysis Tags. Other examples include "Alert Reports" that advise Managers when a project is nearing a definable %age complete or cost level
