personaltime is designed specifically to make
timesheet entry as easy and as friendly as possible for end users... so easy in
fact, no end user training is required. Users can only book time and expenses
to Jobs or Projects that exist, and they are allowed to book time to.
personaltime also includes time saving features such as a "most commonly
used jobs" lists, and "favorite jobs list".
A stopwatch, notes entry, customizable timesheet entry
rules, minimum hours, and on-line authorization are all available as a
standard.
In addition to Network operation, our
personaltime time and expense entry system also supports email operation
through our unique timegate system. timegate transforms your email
system into a virtual timesheet network, allowing end users to enter time and
expenses remotely, just as if they were connected to the office Network. Users
can only book time and expenses to Jobs or Projects that exist, or are allowed
to book to. personaltime also includes time saving features such as a
"most commonly used jobs" list, and a "favorite jobs list". A stopwatch, notes

When users post their timesheets, they are
automatically emailed to and consolidated within centraltime, or where
applicable, to their manager for approval first.
Consolidated timesheets are available for analysis and
reporting, and can be optionally integrated with the Time®&Billing for
client billing as well as with MS Project for complete project time tracking
analysis.
All time and expense entry clients integrate with
centraltime, the central consolidation, control, analysis and reporting
system. Three editions of centraltime are available to suit organizations
with 10's, 100's and 1000's of users. Any combination of entry clients can be
